Jack Harrington launched Franklin Management Systems after more than two decades in senior corporate finance roles, including serving as CFO of Cerida Corporation. He is a subject matter expert in nonprofit finance and tax strategy and currently serves as Treasurer for several community organizations in Pleasanton.
Jack holds a BSBA in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. He is also an Enrolled Agent and Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor—trusted by clients for his balanced blend of technical expertise and real-world insight.
